After the LA fires took our studio and our entire handmade inventory, Tribal Markers found new ground in Ojai.
Here, surrounded by land, nature, and community, we are rebuilding one marker, one artist, and one gathering at a time. We now have a home and school where we can share this art form and train the next generation of budding Tribal Artists.
Come experience the art, the land, and the growing Tribal Markers family.

Your Experience Includes
• A pack of four Tribal Markers in the colors of your choice
• One handmade custom marker infused with essential oil
• Connection games and guided movement
• Tribal Marker techniques and creative practice
• Play, ritual, and artistic exploration
• A simple, nourishing vegan meal at the end of class
Bring a friend to share the experience. They may use your markers during the workshop or purchase a set of their own.
We will guide you through play, ritual, technique, and creative challenges while inviting you to discover the artist and healer within you.
Come as you are. Leave with a new skill, meaningful connections, and special new friends.
About This Experience
This introductory experience is created for connection, creativity, and fun. It is not an Ambassador Training or professional certification.

About Tribal Markers
Tribal Markers is an art form of adornment that connects people through body calligraphy, meaningful symbols, intentional touch, and creative exchange.
Founder Amir Magal first brought this ancient inspired practice into the Venice creative community as a rebellion against the disconnected ways we often use technology. He saw how art placed directly on the body could invite presence, eye contact, trust, and meaningful human connection.
From those early gatherings, Tribal Markers grew into an international creative movement shared at private events, ceremonies, festivals, and community gatherings around the world.
Now rooted in Ojai, we are rebuilding our handmade collection and creating a school where emerging artists can learn, practice, and help carry this movement forward.
We look forward to welcoming you into the circle.
